Sphera Customer Network

The Sphera Customer Network (SCN) is Sphera's premium platform for communicative support and gives users access to tiered ticketing support, enhancement requests, SteerCo & SubCo communities for BOMcheck as well as support for your other Sphera products and services. You can also get the latest news and events from across the Sphera organisation.

The SCN is provided to paid BOMcheck accounts. If you are a Manufacturer Access user or your contract is out of term you may still access BOMcheck's Documentation and Guidance and request administrative account and payment support via the Admin Support Mailbox.

What should I use the SCN for?

  • BOMcheck product and regulatory support queries
  • Product enhancement requests and updates
  • Community resources for SteerCo & SubCo focus groups
  • Support for all of your other Sphera products & services

Accessing the SCN
