Admin Support Mailbox

In addition the Sphera Customer Network and BOMcheck's Documentation & Guidance, a public mailbox is provided for administrative account, onboarding and payment support.

Please note that for BOMcheck product and regulatory support, you should open a ticket in Sphera's premium SCN platform. Product and regulatory requests to the admin support mailbox will be directed to the ticketing system in SCN.

What should I use the admin mailbox for?

BOMcheck user account, onboarding and payment queries including:

  • Request a Manufacturer Agreement
  • Request to pay by invoice (other than credit card)
  • Request to update account details
  • Other account and payment related queries
